1. Company Information

MindMapper Online is owned and managed by Devil Tools.

2. Description of Service

MindMapper Online provides tools that allow users to:

• Create mind maps
• Edit mind maps
• Save mind maps
• Organize information visually
• Export and import supported files
• Collaborate where available
• Access premium features through subscriptions

Features may change at any time.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• You can legally enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the age required by local law, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your password confidential.
• Activities occurring under your account.

You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription Plans

MindMapper Online currently offers the following subscription plans:

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms and policies.

MindMapper Online does not store full payment card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or similar sensitive payment credentials. Subscription charges may be billed in advance.

7. Renewals and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

• Paid plans are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.
• To extend your subscription, you must return to your Profile settings and initiate a new payment once your current active period expires.
• Access to paid features remains available until the current one-time billing period (monthly or annual) ends.

8. Refund Policy

Except where required by law:

• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• Partial subscription periods are not refunded.
• Refund requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion.

9. Charity Support Statement

MindMapper Online is operated by Devil Tools.

Net profits generated through paid subscriptions may be used to support the charitable activities of AGRIBEE BHAVANA FOUNDATION.

• This statement does not create a contractual obligation to donate specific amounts unless expressly stated by Devil Tools.
• Subscription purchases are purchases of services and are not charitable donations.
• No tax deduction certificates are issued through MindMapper Online subscriptions.

10. User Content

Users retain ownership of mind maps, notes, uploaded files, images, text, and other content created using the Service.

You grant MindMapper Online a limited license to store, process, display, back up, and transfer content as necessary to provide the Service. This license exists only to operate the Service.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Break any law.
• Upload malware or viruses.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the platform or interfere with servers.
• Distribute spam or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or abuse other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, including software, design, branding, logos, interface, and documentation remain the property of Devil Tools or its licensors.

Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

13. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free operation, or permanent availability. Maintenance, outages, and technical failures may occur.

14. Backups

Users should maintain their own backups. While we may create backups, we do not guarantee recovery of lost content.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, fraud is detected, illegal activity is suspected, or security concerns arise. Users may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Third-Party Services

MindMapper Online may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, security, payments, email delivery, and infrastructure. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and availability.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devil Tools shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or special damages arising from use of the Service.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devil Tools, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.
